Can I run an ISO 9001:2026 system with MapaFlow?+
Yes. Besides process mapping, the Enterprise plan includes the ISO 9001:2026 modules: document control, records and forms, risks and opportunities, objectives and indicators, audits, management review, suppliers, competence and equipment, all linked to your processes.
Does MapaFlow certify my company for ISO 9001?+
No. Certification is granted by an accredited body after its audit. MapaFlow prepares you for it and keeps your system alive: traceable evidence, controlled documents and an audit dossier you can download as a PDF.
Which edition of ISO 9001 does it work with?+
A catalogue of 342 ISO 9001:2026 requirements, and a "New in 2026" guide for companies coming from the 2015 edition. Today only ISO 9001 is available.
Are the ISO features in every plan?+
They are included in the Enterprise plan.
Can I bring the data from my Excel into MapaFlow?+
Yes, for risks, indicators, suppliers, interested parties, SWOT, equipment, training and external documents, with a wizard that lets you match the columns and check the preview before anything is written. You can also import the documents of an existing system (PDF and Word) keeping their codes; they arrive as drafts.
Is the MapaFlow signature a qualified electronic signature?+
No. The signature records the signer's identity, the date, the time and a fingerprint. It works as evidence within MapaFlow, but it is not a qualified electronic signature.
Can I edit or delete a measurement or a piece of evidence?+
No. They are voided with a reason and the correction is kept as a new entry, so the history is preserved.
Does MapaFlow use artificial intelligence with my data?+
Only if an administrator turns it on in Settings → AI. Today there are four aids, and all of them give a draft that a person reviews: the root cause of a non-conformity, the conclusions of a management review, indicators for a process and risks for each activity. Before the text is sent, names, emails, phone numbers, identity documents and IBANs are replaced with placeholders.
