Can I start using Mapaflow for free?+

Yes. The Free plan is completely free and requires no credit card. It includes up to 3 complete processes with all editor features. You can start today with no commitment.

Is there a lock-in period or long-term contract?+

No. Mapaflow has no lock-in contracts. You can cancel, change or pause your plan at any time without penalty. Monthly plans renew month to month and annual plans at the end of the year.

What is the difference between the Individual and Business plans?+

The Individual plan (€9.95/mo) is designed for professionals working alone or in very small teams without the need for granular access control. The Business plan (€19.95/mo) adds group and user management with differentiated roles, allowing precise control over who can view or edit each process — ideal for teams and organizations with multiple departments.

What happens to my processes if I cancel?+

Before cancelling you can export all your diagrams as PNG, PDF or SVG to keep them. We recommend making a full export before cancelling.

Can I change plans at any time?+

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you want. The change takes effect immediately or at the start of the next billing period, depending on the case.

Are prices VAT-inclusive?+

Prices shown exclude VAT. Applicable VAT varies by billing country. In Spain it is 21%.

Is there a discount for annual payment?+

Yes. Annual payment includes a discount equivalent to 2 free months compared to the monthly price. The final price is shown on the pricing page when selecting annual billing.
