Interactive tutorial for new users
When you open the diagram editor for the first time, a guided tutorial walks you through the essential features step by step: adding nodes, connecting them with arrows, organising your diagram with areas and swimlanes, and saving your work. It runs only once and can be revisited from the help menu.
Image import in the editor
You can now insert images directly onto the diagram editor canvas. Import from your device or from the company document manager. Images are added as resizable nodes and can be combined with any other element in the diagram.
New notification node
A new node type is now available specifically for representing notifications, alerts and messages within process diagrams. Available in the node palette alongside all existing node types.
Global map improvements
The global map has been unified with the diagram editor engine, delivering the same navigation experience across both views. Improved rendering of relationships between processes, contextual actions directly on map nodes, and better performance when working with organisations that have many diagrams.
Group logic improvements
Enterprise planGroup-based permission management has been thoroughly revised: more consistent access rules, correct propagation of permissions across nested groups and better synchronisation between members and their privileges over diagrams and documents.
