Getting started

In just a few steps you'll have Mapaflow configured and your first process diagram ready to share.

Create your account

Go to mapaflow.com and click "Get started for free". Choose the plan that best fits your needs (Free, Individual or Enterprise) and enter your details. You'll receive a verification email.

The Free plan does not require a credit card.

Verify your email

Open the welcome email and click the verification link. This step is required to activate your account and access the dashboard.

If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or use the "Resend verification" option on the login screen.

Access the dashboard

Log in at mapaflow.com. You'll be redirected to the Dashboard — your central workspace where you can create diagrams, manage the team and configure the company.

Create your first diagram

In the "View Diagrams" section, click "New process". Give it a name, description and choose the type (Strategic, Operational or Support). The editor will open automatically.

You can also start from a predefined template in the templates section.

Design the process

In the editor, drag nodes from the left panel onto the canvas. Connect them by clicking the connection points on each node. Edit labels and properties in the properties panel.

Save and export

Click "Save" to record changes. Each save creates a version in the history. When the diagram is ready, use the export button to download it as PNG, PDF or SVG.

Free plans export with a watermark. Individual and Enterprise plans export without a watermark.
