Templates

Templates are predefined process diagrams you can use as a starting point. They are available for all plans and are fully editable.

How to use a template

  1. 1In the main panel, go to the "View Diagrams" section.
  2. 2Click "New process" and select the "Use template" option.
  3. 3Browse available templates by category or search by name.
  4. 4Click on a template to preview it.
  5. 5Click "Use this template" to create a new process based on it.
  6. 6The editor will open with the diagram preloaded. Edit it to adapt it to your company.

Templates are independent copies. Modifying a process created from a template does not affect the original template.

Create custom templates

Creating custom templates is available to system administrators (SUPERADMIN). Contact support if you need to add templates specific to your sector.

If you have frequently recurring processes and want to turn them into reusable templates, write to us at soporte@mapaflow.com. We'll look into including them in the general catalogue or enabling them for your company.
