Save with annual billing
Annual plans include approximately an 8% discount compared to the monthly price. Individual: €95.28/year (≈ €7.94/month). Enterprise: €191.28/year (≈ €15.94/month).
Additional licences (Enterprise plan)
The Enterprise plan includes 3 base users (1 ADMIN + 2 more). If your team is larger, you can buy additional licences:

Upgrade plan
- 1Go to Settings → Plan from the side menu.
- 2Click "Upgrade plan" or on the plan you want to switch to.
- 3Choose the billing cycle: monthly or annual.
- 4Make sure your billing details are complete (name/company name, VAT number and address).
- 5You'll be redirected to the secure Stripe payment gateway.
- 6Complete payment. The new plan activates immediately.
Important: You cannot downgrade your plan directly. If you want to switch to a lower plan, you must cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe to the desired plan.
Cancel subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan → Cancel subscription.
Access during the paid period
After cancellation, you continue to have full access until the end of the already paid period.
Grace period
Once the subscription expires, a grace period begins during which you can export your data.
Data preserved
Your processes and diagrams are preserved. Only the features of the higher plan are deactivated.
Reactivation
You can re-subscribe at any time from Settings → Plan. All your data will still be available.
