Global Map

The Global Map is a panoramic view of all your company's processes on a single interactive canvas. It's the starting point for navigating your corporate process architecture.

Accessing the Global Map

  1. 1In the panel's side menu, click "Global Map".
  2. 2If it's your first time, the canvas will appear empty or with processes placed automatically.
  3. 3Drag the process blocks to organise them according to your company's architecture.
  4. 4Layout changes are saved automatically.

The Global Map is only available on the Enterprise plan. Free and Individual plans do not have access to this feature.

Process types in the map

When creating a process, you must classify it into one of three types. This classification determines how it appears organised in the Global Map:

Strategic

Top management processes that set the direction of the company: planning, quality management, corporate strategy.

Examples

Management review

ISO quality management

Operational

Day-to-day processes that generate direct value to the customer: sales, production, logistics, customer service.

Customer onboarding

Support

Processes that support the rest: HR, IT, accounting, purchasing. They don't generate direct value but are necessary.

Visibility by group

Organisational Group

Members see ALL processes in the Global Map. Processes they don't have access to appear with a padlock.

Restrictive Group

Members only see the processes assigned to their group. The rest of the processes don't appear in the map.

No group assigned

The user sees all company processes without restrictions.

Enable or disable the Global Map

The administrator can hide the Global Map from the side menu:

  1. 1Go to Settings → Global Map.
  2. 2Disable the "Show global map" option.
  3. 3The map will disappear from the side menu for all company users.
  4. 4The administrator can still access it from Settings.
