Export diagrams
Download your diagrams in the most widely used formats for presentations, documentation and corporate files.
Available formats
Rasterised image with transparent or white background. Ideal for including in PowerPoint, Word or email presentations.
Universal vector document. Elements are sharp at any scale. Supports an interactive index from the global map.
Editable vector format. Opens in design tools like Illustrator, Inkscape or Figma for further editing.
How to export
- 1Open the diagram you want to export from the diagrams panel.
- 2In the editor's top toolbar, click the export icon (downward arrow).
- 3The export panel will open with format options.
- 4Choose the desired format: PNG, PDF or SVG.
- 5For PNG, you can choose between transparent or white background.
- 6Click "Export" and the file will download automatically.
Watermark
Exports include a Mapaflow watermark in the corner.
Clean exports, without watermark.
Clean exports, with optional corporate logo.
Export the Global Map to PDF
Exclusive Enterprise plan feature
From the Global Map you can export an interactive PDF that includes all the company's processes with a clickable index. Ideal for management presentations or as corporate documentation.
- 1Go to the Global Map from the side menu of the panel.
- 2Click "Export to PDF" in the upper right corner.
- 3The generated PDF will include a cover with the company name and a process index.
- 4Each process in the index links directly to its page in the PDF.
